TIMESINDONESIA, CIREBON – Live kitchen is not something that is only available in fancy restaurants. You can even watch an interesting live kitchen in a modest restaurant like Waroeng Dolan in Cirebon, West Java.

Waroeng Dolan is located in Jalan Surya Negara Bolok Desa in Cempaka Village, Plumbon sub-district, Cirebon regency. This restaurant has live kitchen that demonstrates the live cooking from the chef.

 “Alhamdulillah, my restaurant is relatively new, but I have got a lot of customers. I can sell 50 to 100 portions in a day,” he said.

The food prices are relatively affordable, starting from IDR 10,000 to 20,000. “Currently, we serve around 10 menus, such as Crispy Grilled Chicken, Crispy Fried Nile Tilapia, Crispy Fried Catfish, Ayam Geprek (Smashed fried chicken), Korean noodles, Kalimantan coffee, and so on,” he stated.

The most bestselling menu is Crispy Grilled Chicken with sambal. What makes this menu different from other grilled chicken is the grilled sambal that has distinctive yet delicious aroma. This dish has a combination of sweet and spicy taste.

In addition to that, the visitors of Waroeng Dolan at Cirebon can enjoy how this menu is being made in the live kitchen, which can be a satisfying entertainment for them. (*)
