TIMES AUSTRALIA, SURABAYA – Grand Dafam Hotel of Surabaya pampers all their guests and customers with an unforgettable dining. They have an interesting y want as they can eat everything in this buffet style dining.
Grand Dafam also bring Chinese food chef Chef Shifu Ahong to serve his signature dishes. The chef brings out combination salad, Waisan Chicken Soup and dumplings. His tasty dumpling has attached people's hearts and make them go back to the restaurant.
"We would like to bring you an authentic taste of Chinese Food in the most comfortable way," said Beny Chandra, the Manager of Food and Bavarage, on Saturday (29/8/2020).
They also implement a health protocol standard for all their guests. They even reduce the number of visitor to only 50 percent of their capacity. For now, they could only take around 100 people for an occasion.
This method seems like to work enough as they have so get so much reservation during the dinner. They even have to cancel or reschedul the reservation to fit the new order. Grand Dafam Hotel Surabaya will take a reservation for 30 pax minimum.(*)
